Starting 1 February 2017, the property will only provide maid service every other day to all stay overs, but they have the choice to offer daily service if the guest requests it at check-in.

Cancellation fees apply when reservation is cancelled within the 48 hours policy. Cancellation is first night penalty.

If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancellation, only modification.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
